[R-390] Updates to our website, r-390a.net

Hi all,  I made two updates to our website, r-390a.net.

1. Added another paragraph to the end of the Presidents Communication
Railroad Car history page.  In the 3rd link in this document (on 'hamgallery'),
the article referred to a document in Ham Radio by Charles Clemens Jr, the 1
st CW operator on the Presidential Train from 1942 to 1948, so I added a
link to it in the above document. The article starts on page 58 and is an

2. I added a link in our Tutorials page in the Magazine section to point to
the PDF's for the online Ham Radio Magazine files.  The 1st page  shown is
one entry for each year.  Click on the year of interest and a list of
