[R-390] SSB / Sync AM Detector

folks. 
I also did a similar cheat feeding the IF into a rycom freq. selective voltmeter.  fsms generally do not have AGC so while the sideband detection worked great , it was a pain going back and forth on the stepped attenuator. Jeff
