[R-390] R-390 (non-A) For Sale

Hi,
I am the third owner of this completely original Collins built R-390 (S/N 3047) and until I had put it in long term storage, it was working properly, except that the antenna relay is not functional. This was a very sensitive receiver on all bands but now has become less sensitive and has cracking noises when I rotate the MC change knob. It still has some life in it but I’m selling it because I don’t wish to get involved with servicing the rf deck to get rid of this noise when I switch bands.  That, and it’s just too big and bulky to keep having to move around each time I relocate.  It is sold as-is and comes with 2 manuals (TM 11-856 & “Instruction Book for Radio Receiver R-390/UUR”) and the final engineering report in a bound copy. It includes the correct AC cord with MIL connector but It does not come with my external speaker. The R-390 does include a cabinet with handles, but it is not a Collins original.  The receiver has never been modified and is all original from Collins. 
Selling this receiver and the manuals for $475.00 cash, PICK UP ONLY in 07407…I do not want the hassle of shipping this receiver and cabinet.  I will throw in, at no extra cost, a spare rf deck, non operational, only good for spare parts. Also included with this receiver is a spare PTO, condition unknown, and some extra hardware and knobs I got with the receiver when I first bought it. All inclusive for $475.00 cash.   Pick up only.
