Group, I read the history notes referenced here.
I propose any reference to Helena Rubenstein either be removed or tagged as
with an asterisk as unverified.
There is an email in the notes from me to Les referencing the original source, but I never said I believed it.Why don't I believe it?
- no photos have ever surfaced- no modules have surfaced- there is no reference in business literature indicating that HR was ever in this business.
In the meantime the following have surfaced.- three of the five reported Fowler radios- modules from obscure companies like Communications Systems and Hacking Labs- radios marked Dittmore-Freimuth
In summary, I think the original story of HR radios is a fabrication. We've all had our little laugh, now it's time to remove any reference to these being a real thing.
My mind can be changed with a shred of evidence.

Hi All, I've sent a little time recently updating the History section on
our r-390a.net website. The link to it is at the top of the first page.
I've created 4 categories so far: EAC, Fowler, St. Julians Creek and Helena
Rubinstein. I've only completed one category, so far, and plan to add more
to the others and new ones, also. Please let me know what you think and
offer suggestions and contributions.
Regards, Larry
