Your asking price, hoped-for price, reported-elsewhere price, late-in-the-day Hamfest price, new-in-the-crate price, was-in-a-flooded-basement price, estate-sale-by-survivors price, yard-sale-by-pissed- off-ex-wife price, pristine-overhaul-by-Rick-Mish-in-plastic-wrap price . . . All these will vary. 

One fellow I know went to buy a fairly-priced receiver of some sort. The seller said "Oh, if you want that radio, you got to also take that big thing on its side in the back yard under the leaves-covered tarp. Package deal."

IT WAS A RESTORABLE COLLINS KW-1  !!!
