[R-390] R-390A AGC Moment of Silence

This is due to a design flaw in the AGC Speed switch, S107, circuitry.
There are many scenarios, but my first exposure to it was in 1987. If you
are listening to it in the slow speed, then switch it to med, the rx is
silent for a second or so. After a few years, I decided to make a simple
fix for it. I put my complete story on it and more recent and better
versions in a doc on our website, r-390a.net, in the 'Tutorials' section.
