[R-390] New R-390 RF Gain Control Purchasing

Jacques, I believe that the ones I can get from r&j components for $33.25
are in deed the same as the ones on TEDSS for $39.50.  I'm wondering if
it's really worth it, considering the double shipping.  I did not check
with R&J, but am sure it'll be at least $10 (divided 5 or 6 ways).
