[R-390] 1967 EAC R390A for sale

On October 20th I advised the group that an exceptional R390A was available due to the passing of a long time friend.  I saw the receiver again this weekend and was struck by how clean it was. Based on the personal notes of the owner, the following is a brief history: 1) Rick Mish remanufactured it in 1998.  2) It operated without issues until 2005. 3) The owner was not happy with operation of the filters and had Rick Mish replace them with a set from Dave Curry. 4) The receiver again has operated without issues.  Dave Moss(davemoss at mindspring.com <mailto:davemoss at mindspring.com>), who is handling the disposable of the entire station, advise me that he was asking $800 for the R390A.  There are two junk R390A’s and box of spare parts (tubes, cables, etc.) which can be included.  The R390A offered for sale was never any part of the two junk ones or the recipient of these spare parts.  I tried to include a picture with my first posting, but it did not make it in the posting.
