[R-390] One more list trivia thing...

For years I was the sole list admin for this mailing list.  in 2018 Jerry
Stern, NY2KW, came aboard as co-admin, so should something happen to me
(I'm a few days short of hitting 75) he will continue as admin for the
list, keeping the bounce messages down, tending to subscription issues,and
sometimes herding cats.  Thanks, Jerry,  Thanks list members for
contributing and sharing your R-390 experience.
