[R-390] Question About the 20 Pin male bulkhead on the IF deck

When I looked at the picture I took of the jumper that I need, I noticed
a damaged pin on the connector on the corner of the IF deck.  See attached.

My memory, which is getting as bad as my old lawnmower seems to recall
the last time I tried to straighten a Collins connector pin, it broke off.  So,
armed with this indigestible memory, I'm wondering if heating it and putting
a light coat of solder might not give it a fighting chance?

Any engineers out there with experience in this?
