[R-390] Knobs on eBay

I actually hadn't paid attention to who the seller is (so my "no affiliation" might not have been accurate - thought it turns out it was true) but, yes, he's been selling radio gear for a long time on eBay and typically sells very nice equipment.  I don't think, though, that I've ever bought anything from him.
