[R-390] Luminous watch paint

Good morning Ken, Yes I'm aware there are multiple alternatives/current offerings that are arguably even better than the original radioactive stuff, I dabble in watches a little bit too (Accutron 214s, mainly).  This inquiry is more from a historical aspect, as to what was actually called out for the radioluminescence paint, and perhaps additional insight on how it was actually made.
