Hi Jacques, There are a few public places where free manuals are stored.

Bama Manual Archive (edebris.com) <http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/> is one
of them.  It currently does not have any 390 manuals (it does have 390A
and 392).  The submission info is at the start of their web site.  Thank
you for doing this.
