[R-390] The 'Parts Sources' list is added to website

I've added the 'Parts Sources' list to our r-390a.net website at the
very bottom of the first page (where an empty placeholder was).  I started
with the list that was in the Y2K R3 tech ref and updated it the best I
could remember at this time.  I know from memory that there are some more
to be added to the list, so if you could send me some suggestions, I'll
include them.  And, also, if I should remove an entry, let me know that
too.

You can tell that I haven't spent much time on the list, but will in the
future.  Looking forward to your comments.
