[R-390] 'contract numbers' link in 'manufacturers' page undated

The  link to the 'contract numbers' table at the start of the
'manufacturers' page on our website r-390a.net has been corrected.  The
'contract numbers' page is a table with manufacturer's name, contract or
order number and probable quantity made.
