[R-390] R-390/390A Tuning slug repair?

Hi Jordan,  I think the guitar string is a good idea.  I don't think of
anything better.   I looked through the Pearls, and the only thing in there
was to solder the 2 broken pieces together.  I'm not too sure about
the longevity of that fix, though.
