[R-390] The R-390A IF transformers internal resistors for StewWarner

Jaques- you are indeed correct the white bands had turned yellow between 
varnish and time they looked yellow until I scraped some and looked 
under a microscope! lo and behold WHITE!!!!!
so all are 39K Not 34K
Thank you for the push for reassessment.
