Robert, Good catch.  The real Fowler contract number is:  N
00024-84-C-2027.  Note the '84' in the middle.  I believe that '84' means
1984.  And, as Robert points out, the tag on the 390A on Ebay says this:
N00024-64-C-2027.

There ya go!
