[R-390] Missing R-390a

Since the mailing lists were rearranged, I have not seen any 390 or 390A 
messages and I'm having withdrawal symptoms. 

Everything is totally confusing to this addled brain. How can i get back on current Collins, 390 and 390A distribution?
Keep it simple please. 
I’ve had a few suggestions but I got lost. Where did everyone go?
