[R-390] AGC Line Again

Ross,  I've reread your posts and it sounds like the agc voltage decreases
at the same time as the meter reading increases.  The only way I can see
this happening is that the voltage at the cathode of V504 (and therefore
the voltage at the top of R523 (carrier mtr adj))  is increasing to cause
the meter reading to increase.  It doesn't take much change here.  The
current draw of V504 is usually quite steady.   Can you check that and the
diode load voltage, please?
