[R-390] R-390A Ovens and Frequency Stability

Hi all,  As I was refurbishing this R-390A, I thought I'd see what
difference the oven makes for the 2nd crystal oscillator during power on
warm up.  It makes a difference for SSB and CW.  See my report on overall
frequency stability in the 'tutorials' section:
