[R-390] New revision of my document 'My R-390A Cosmos PTO Observations'

Hi Fred,  The R-390 vfo is very similar to the R-390A, but there are some
differences.  You could use the R-390A documents on the Collins style vfo

I think there was a Cosmos design made only for the R-390A.  For additional
