[R-390] R390A rf slug id help needed

Phil, The RF deck slugs should have a red and white dot on them.  Sometimes
one or the other or both are missing.  The test if they are correct or not
is if it will align correctly or not.  You can move a good slug to a
questionable place to see and vice versa.
