[R-390] Unfamiliar R-390 variant on ebay overnight

I am by no means an expert as I'm fairly new to R390/R390A's but to me it looks like an R390 Chassis with a homebrew front panel. My guess is that someone came across an R390 carcass missing a front panel or more and then made a panel up for it and got it working.
