Your contract number is correct, I fat fingered and misstyped the one I sent.
FR-11-022-C-4-26418(E).
I attached another list of spare parts order/contracts with manufacturer's names high serial numbers (as reported) and type of module or spare parts.

I have two pieces.
Both are contract number FR-11-022-C-4-26418(E).
Part number SM-C-343621.
No manufacturer name is on module.
These are serial 0294 and 0323.
I can provide pictures if desired.
One was bought many years ago and the other at the 2019 Shelby hamfest.
