[R-390] Fluke Tutorial email problem

Learned Gentleman,
Out of over 26 requests of the tutorial only two sent and original email as requested.
So what I received was several long lists of stacked email which took me far longer to send replies.
I think I may have erased some so if you didn't get a reply PLEASE send an original off list email as this will make it far quicker to send you a reply and insure that you get the tutorial.
