[R-390] lost reception 1-2 mhz

Hi Jose, The most likely items to look at are the 3 rf cans on the rf
deck.  Remove them 1 at a time and make sure the pins and plugs are ok.
Perhaps 1st check the 10.5 mh crystal in the 2nd crystal osc deck (in the 1
mc position, check for osc output at tp E210 while in 'stand by').
