Yes. It is used to adjust which crystal is switched into the circuit at
which bandswitch position. To use it, you loosen the clamp on the 2nd
oscillator switch shaft, and rotate the shaft through the hole on the rear
panel using a long screwdriver until the switch is in the proper position.
