[R-390] R390 Side panel finish

Are they supposed to painted gray or are they supposed to be the gold
colored Iridite/Alodyne/Chemfilm/Chromium conversion coating color?

 

My R390 restoration is coming along well.  The only electronics issue left
is getting the PTO endpoint set right and hoping the linearity stacks are
set up OK.  The last thing I want to do is mess with those.
