[R-390] Racal RA-17

They’re fun radios to use.  Lots of fun to rebuild too...way different than the 390 series. Extremely well built.

I consider it a bit of a step up from an SP-600 in some regard.  Won’t go as far as saying it is better than the 390 series, but more fun to use for sure.
