[R-390] R-390A IF deck caps in T501 or T502

Well, I can relatively easily get to the caps by just taking off T502 
cover. Much easier than removing the whole thing. I can see the 500V 
caps I have will go in there fine. It's a little tight but do-able. 
Previously I have re-soldered the joints in the thing to no avail. I've 
got 2 IF strips and now I can't remember which one was bad. I'll have to 
test it again. I think it's the one that still has the original filters 
in it.
