[R-390] R-390A IF deck caps in T501 or T502

Thank you all for the valuable input.
I had about 20 new silver mica dog bone caps and of course not a 200 in the
lot. I did however, have a couple of choices to make up 200 for testing.
When I first determined that input (B+) side would not peak, I removed both
caps, the 200 and the 39. I did find 2 that I could use for 240 pf, so
they are in there 'dangling' since yesterday when you all told me the one
was 200 (thanks so much for that). And guess what - not a peep of gain
instability.
I think my plan is to put the 39 pf back in because it is most likely the
temp compensator and not the problem. Then a couple more days of off and
on testing to make sure it's ok during warm up. If all goes well as
planned, I'm going to replace the other 3 SMs in these 2 IFs and then look
at T503 and Z503.
Since this is a 1962 contract amelco, this silver mica lasted about 57
years.
