[R-390] R390A BFO Stability

Thanks for the info, Perry.  I think that the improvement in this BFO is to
where it is quite good and any further improvement is not warranted.  I
have no desire to make the circuits in the 390's perfect, but I do like to
repair them to work as designed.  Of course there are always exceptions
like the AGC switch 'moment of silence' and the AGC SSB situation.  And
then there is always the risk of deteriorating a perfectly good circuit
while redesigning it (which did happen to a very popular mod).
