[R-390] PTO learnings and sensitivity un-mod

Hello John,

For sure that reverting to the original design value help the PTO output a
lot (and the conversion gain by the same event).
Isn't it written in the Y2K manual that all those modified R-390As should be
put back to the original design values ??
R210 (V207, 1st Xtal Osc) have to be 56k too..
