[R-390] knobs- availabiity

For the most part, the small knobs are straight-forward; however, at least one of them needs the small finger/notch/boss on the underneath/inside so that it contacts the stop fingered washer.  That part might be a bit difficult to do.  Perhaps substitute a drilled hole and pressed dowel pin or roll pin instead.

Fun project.  Wish I had the machinery to make them.  I really miss machining metal parts.
