[R-390] Further on problem getting my R390A working

The only CW you are likely to hear is on the bottom end of the ham bands 
and 30M ham band. Listen in the evening, on the lower bands, nothing 
above 18MHz. You should hear something. Lots of the tubes look like they 
don't light up, check it in the dark. If you're hearing stations, it 
most likely works to some degree. You need a calibrated sig gen to test 
if it's working right.
