[R-390] Two new cleaned tech monuals

I just finished cleaning and clearing up to manuals.  I took all the marks and hole punch holes from all the pages and darkened the text and figures.  Any pages that were crooked I squared.  So anyone who wants can print out a nice clean version of either manual.  The Navy version has all of the Army version and includes information before and after the regular manual.  They are on my Google Drive page.
