[R-390] ASA

I was USAFSS 64 to 68. Served with ASA folk for an isolated-remote
tour; The ASA folk down the row from me made E6 in their first four
years! I left disgruntled after four.
I suspect - no, I know, the USAFSS led me to ham radio.
