[R-390] Gain drift

Hi Dave,  Great tip from Renee.  This is very probably it.  So it could be
alignment (try this 1st), but is probably the contacts need cleaning.  It's
made of phenolic, so be careful to not get cleaning solvent on it, just the
contacts.  Here's hoping.
