Perry,

Just rand into this old email from you.

I just got a Tek 547 (to replace one lost in a disaster) and look forward to working on my three R-390A’a that did survive the disaster. One is missing the IF module, and I think it was lost in the disaster, so I will likely be looking for a replacement. If you have one for sale, let me know.

I have three R-390A’a here. One is an EAC, and I look forward to getting at least two running nicely. They’ve been “in storage” for some. Years now.

I also got with the 547 a Fluke 8010A DMM. These seem to bring low money on eBay now - only four digits (!) but it has all the functions I’d ever need for work on the R-390A’s. (None of us need 6 or 8 digits of voltage/resistence readout!)

So would a GR 1800A VTVM, and I hope to find another one of those to rebuild also. (I do own a GR 1806A, the very best VTVM I have ever used!). I did lose a TS-505, that was very useful.
