[R-390] Crystal Oscillator Identification .

Hi

If the gizmo is a round can like the R-390A uses for the calibrator crystal, it’s simply a crystal oven. It may or may not have a crystal in 
it at the moment. The basic device was made by the millions over several decades. Lots of devices used them. Lots of products incorporated
them. Until things like TCXO’s and OCXO’s came along, they were pretty much “the only way” to do reasonable stability in a normal 
piece of gear.
