[R-390] Motorola R390A manual

Hi Mark,  Welcome to the R-390A world.

Although it was designed and built by Collins, there were many other
manufacturers of them over the years, too.  There are numerous books for
them by the Army and Navy (but the manufacturer is not important,
usually).  The tech ref is the most used and can be found on:
http://www.r-390a.net website.  It's called the Y2K  Tech Ref R3 found
here: http://www.r-390a.net/Y2K-R3/index.htm.  The original military
manuals for them are here: http://www.r-390a.net/faq-refs.htm.  A popular
