[R-390] [collins_radios] R-388/URR alignment tools

Thanks Richard, but I already found and ordered those. (thanks to N3LLL)
I'm still wondering why there is not pictures/drawings of those tools in any
R-388 manual.
The VFO alignment tools are in the Collins manuals, but not the
IF/capacitors ones.

        I got a set from someone on the Collins Collector's Association list
but don't remember who. They were exact duplicates of the original tools and
not too expensive. The tool for the IF transformers is especially useful.
There is probably a lead in the CCA mailing list archive and I will look
through my stuff to see if I can find the guy. I think they will work on any
of the 51J series.
      There are drawings of the VFO adjusting tool in the military handook,
I makeshifted one from a length of brass tubing.
