 I like IPAs and must say that your choice is great Russ.  But, since I'm
from the SF bay area, I'm partial to  'Fashionably Late' of
Offshoot Beer Co. (Placentia, California).

 However, and most important, don't forget the slow cooked *kielbasa!!!!!*
