[R-390] Antenna trim repair

It looks like a rolled pin to me and so probably not tapered.  I like the
idea of using penetrating oil on it.  If you had a tool to press it out,
that would be better than driving it out (which would cause lots of shock
damage to tubes and crystals, if still in).  The shaft is insulated from
frame with a fiber bushing and washer, so they will be damaged easily.
