Hi

Once upon a time, many jobs ago ….. At my exit interview everything 
was going pretty well. They went through the pile of papers and we 
checked this and that off. At the bottom of the pile was a note from the
security audit on the folder …. next stop “there are some application forms
we need you to fill out. It seems we forgot to have you do them a few years
back” 

It’s a crazy world.
