Hi Group and Perry,


Perry, PLEASE don't let the cat out of the bag regarding South Carolina too much... I  got you approved to move here but it was a challenge, especially, coming from the left coast... 


It's a great state to live in, one of the best.  Lots of ocean and the Blue Ridge mountains, with a mild climate, low taxes, fantastic hunting and fishing, clean water, gun friendly counties and beautiful Carolina Women but DANG, we can't have everyone moving here Dude....


Oh, and for the most part if it snows, it's gone in 2 days, USUALLY, but don't expect to find any milk, eggs, or bread as the locals honker down for the impending 500 year long ice age...... Here, that generally means anything beyond a light dusting of snow or the mention of possible snow.....Just warning you.,..Hi Hi
