[R-390] 390A test jigs

Hi

One would guess that there was depot level service required on these radios. 
My guess is that there are fixtures involved to do this. Unfortunately, it’s now about
15 years since I parted ways with the last guy I knew who worked at Manson on 
these radios. Would have been a simple question to ask back then ….
