[R-390] R-390A Coil Z503 Needed

Is it possible that Z503 is identified as 278-0235-009 on the can ?

Has anyone got an unwanted Z503 out of an R-390A IF deck?  That is the AGC IF Amplifier output coil on V508...
I have the coil all apart and it is definitely open...
