[R-390] tube puller for 12AU7 tubes

Hi Fred,  Sorry, I don't have a spare one.  I have one puller and it's a
forceps type, which I like very much.  I can use it on tubes in most any
situation.  It's a GC Electronics # 5092, but it looks like they have
discontinued it.  I don't see any available on the web.

There's one similar to it on ebay (it has a 90 degree bend in the arms with
the grippers on them).  I would not care for that design at all.
